The thermal performance test requires basic building information to be collected about the property being tested and is suitable for anybody who is familiar working with floor plans.
When you sign up for our Measured Thermal Performance service, you will receive online training for up to 5 users. This will cover the basics of building energy performance and how to accurately measure true building performance.
Optionally, in-person training is also available for larger teams to train new users on the innovative SmartHTC building performance measurement of Heat Transfer Coefficient (HTC) as well as other thermal performance metrics as they are developed.
