While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for return instructions and to arrange a refund.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. The item must be returned by you at your expense in its original unused condition, including the original packaging, and in a state whereby it is suitable to be resold.
Any refund due will only be issued after we have inspected the return. The refund amount will be for the original purchase price paid excluding delivery charges.
Faulty items should be notified to us and returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund in full including the cost of delivery.
Please note, Build Test Solutions is a business-to-business (B2B) seller and is not bound by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To start a return, you must contact us to request a returns authorisation. If your return is authorised, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the return items. Items sent back to us without a return authorisation will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, customers will be responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Exceptions to this rule include any product defects or errors made on the part of Build Test Solutions.
Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any products are defective, damaged or in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item. Customers will be able to exchange faulty products for a replacement or ask for a refund. In the event of damages, we will ask customers to provide photographs of the damaged packaging and faulty item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (e.g. bespoke items, special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
When exchanging an item, any difference in cost between the returned item and the exchange required must be paid in full before the exchanged item is sent to you. There may also be additional shipping costs to pay.
The fastest way to request an exchange is to return the unwanted item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 working days for your bank or credit card company to process a refund transaction.
Any orders returned after 30 days are not entitled to any refund.
