With a background in architectural technology, he combines technical know-how with a commercial mindset and is committed to improving the performance & quality of buildings through in-situ measurement and feedback mechanisms.
Dr Richard Jack
Technical Director
Richard J is a building physicist with a specialism in measuring the performance of buildings and energy balance systems. He has spent the last 10 years researching and developing measurement methods in both academia and industry, and is passionate about making accessible measurement solutions for widespread use.
Richard England
Head of Digital
Richard E holds a Masters's degree in low-energy building engineering and is an expert in all things technology, instrument or sensor related. He helps to bring building performance measurement into the 21st century by leading our digital development, cloud-based infrastructure and creating products with award-winning user experiences.
Rachel Brain
Customer Relationship Manager
As the name suggests, Rachel is the brains of the operation! She has spent much of her career working in environmental sustainability-related roles. Very personable and with a keen eye for detail, Rachel works to keep things running smoothly and will often be the first person you speak to when making contact with us.
Adam Low
Product Engineer
Adam has a degree in electronics and specialises in embedded microcontrollers and software engineering. His role covers a wide range of product development, electronics and hardware testing activities. With experience in complex air movement and pressure measurement, there aren't many difficult maths questions he can't answer!
We are a dedicated and passionate team of building performance engineers, energy experts, building physicists and technology specialists. Our aim is to make building performance measurement the norm and reduce the energy performance gap through testing and validation of real-world building performance.
