Lodge Airtightness and Background Ventilation Tests directly from Pulse software

This latest update means that you can now lodge your airtightness and BVT (Background Ventilation Test) results directly from pulseairtest.com, without the need to manually upload files or re-enter project details on the Elmhurst lodgement portal website. With a few simple clicks, your completed test can be sent straight through for formal lodgement, saving time, effort, and minimising the risk of duplication or error.

What this means for testers

Previously, testers would need to download their test results from Pulse and then separately upload them into the Elmhurst lodgement system. While this process worked, it added unnecessary steps and, like all manual data handling, it carried the potential for mistakes.

With this integration:

• There is no need for repeated data entry
• Project and result information flows automatically
• Tests can be lodged in seconds, directly from your Pulse dashboard
• Your workflow becomes faster and more efficient, especially during busy periods

How it works

1. Complete your airtightness or BVT test using Pulse
2. Log in to your account at pulseairtest.com
3. Review your test data and simply select ‘EAS Lodgement’
4. Confirm test details such as the nature of the test, the design target if one exists, building preparation information and client details.
5. The test is then lodged automatically through the secure integration.

We are also hoping to enable the same direct-lodgement functionality with the ATTMA lodgement portal. This is currently in discussion with a view to further supporting choice, flexibility and consistency across the testing industry.
