Bright App for Smart Meter Data Access

The Bright app enables residents to access their half hourly smart meter data for no cost, by invitation residents can also choose to share their data with BTS to carry out a SmartHTC measurement.

Bright is available for Android and iOS.

Only the bill payer can sign up to access their energy data through the Bright app. They do this by creating an account with an assigned email address, and will then be able to view their own energy data.

The bill payer can then be invited to share their energy data for the purposes of a SmartHTC measurement through the Bright app, and a SmartHTC user can send this invitation using the SmartHTC.com interface.

After the invitation has been accepted by the bill payer, their energy data can be accessed through the SmartHTC.com interface.

Yes, there is no additional charge to residents or SmartHTC users.
